Description

The STPS340 from STMicroelectronic is single chip schottky rectifier in SMB case style. This rectifier features small conduction losses, negligible switching losses, low thermal resistance and low forward voltage drop. Suitable for mode power supplies, high frequency DC to DC converters, low and medium voltage operation, high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection applications where low switching losses are required.
